Plastic piece at bottom of jar is not secure, or is broken
The glass jar may not be secure into blender. Make sure the jar is completely pushed down into the blender base before turning on the blender unit.
The plastic bottom piece may need to be replaced if it is cracked or broke. You can find the replacement here.
Blender is leaking food or drink from the bottom.
Check to see if leak is coming from the bottom or from the glass jar. If it is leaking from glass jar, glass jar will need to be replaced due to a crack.
Check to see if the o-ring in between the glass jar and the plastic piece holding it together is intact, if not replace it. If o-ring is too old and worn down it may need to be replaced. You can find a replacement o-ring here.
Blender is not fully blending food properly .
If the blades are dull they may need to be replaced for new ones. You can find a new blade here.
Food may be jammed in between parts of the blades. Take apart your blender and thoroughly clean the blades and bottom cap until no excess food is left behind.
No power running through blender.
Make sure to check that the power cord is connected. If the power cord is connected there is a possibility that there is something else causing your blender not to turn on.
In order to tighten the stud, you must first remove the base of the blender and then turn the blender over which will have the drive shafted protruding from the bottom side of the motor. Then, turn the blender to its side and use a pair of pliers or wrench to grab the loose stud. Hold the drive shaft steady, and start turning the stud clockwise with pliers or wrench clockwise until it is tight.
The blender may have food jammed inside. Clean any leftover debris off. Once the blender has been properly cleaned out, put it back together and turn it on.
Blender stopped working in the middle of blending something
Check that your blender is plugged into a working outlet. You may have to test the outlet.
The blender has a thermal fuse that activates and turns off the blender when the motor overheats it order to cool itself down. Unplug your blender for 15 minutes so the motor can cool down. This process will reset the fuse and you will be able to use your blender again.
If your blender jar is secure and the blender is still not turning back on you may have a faulty motor. In this case, you will need to buy a new motor for your blender.
