Jammed/Broken Buttons
- Remove the outside covering.
- Remove batteries/energy source and place it somewhere safe.
- Unscrew any screws you see on the inside of the casing. (make sure to remember what screws go where).

- Start to carefully detach the back of the phone case off.
- Go up and down each sides slowly prying it off.
- Make sure not to damage anything inside during this step.

- Unscrew the inside screws, and make sure not to damage the circuitry.
- Place the screws somewhere safe and remember where they go.

- Look at all of the parts and try to identify what you are working with.
- Remove any loose parts you are not going to be fixing.

- Carefully remove the circuitry and cords without disconnecting anything.
- Get all parts that you are not fixing out of the way, and get to the buttons in the front.

- Identify the broken/jammed button.
- Replace the button and make sure to put the button back how you found it.
