What you need

Step 1

              Battery               
  • Slide the back cover down towards the bottom of the phone to remove.

  • Pull the top of the battery towards you to remove it from the phone.

              Replace Phone Face               
  • Unscrew the two screws located at the bottom of the phone.
  • Use a PH00 Phillips head to remove the 9 mm screws.

Step 4

  • Separate the back cover from the front cover by using a wedge.
  • Remove the back cover from the front cover by pulling them apart.

  • Remove three screws on the motherboard.
  • Pull the phone face off of the motherboard.

              Front Speaker               
  • Remove the front speaker housing by detaching it from the circuit board.

Step 7

  • Pop out the front speaker from the housing.

  • Desolder the two connections and remove the wires from the circuit board.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
