Step 1

              Battery               
  • Orient the laptop on its side so that the plastic battery cover is facing upward.
  • Push down on the battery cover and remove it by sliding the cover down. This may take some force, but the cover should pop up with a soft click.

  • Use the battery release slider to release the battery latch.

  • Use the blue tab to pull the battery out of the battery compartment. Make sure to keep the battery latch tab depressed while doing so.

I replaced the battery compatible one and replace the power adapter as well but still shows no power. What other issues may cause no power?
