What you need
Step 1
Glass Screen Protector
- Wedge an opening tool between the case of the watch, and the glass screen bezel.
- Pry the screen bezel away from the device.
- If you have a difficult time getting the front bezel to separate from the case, try warming the watch up with a hair dryer.
- There are three very tiny springs that are compressed between holes in the case and the front bezel. They can pop out once the bezel is removed, so don’t lose them! Remove them and put them somewhere safe once the bezel is removed.

- To re-seal the glass protector’s glue, simply heat the glue.

Step 3
E-Paper Display
- Insert a prying tool between the bezel ring and the e-paper screen. Move the tool around the circumference of the ring until it separates from the e-paper screen.

- Slightly lift the screen and you will see a yellow cable that connects to the motherboard.
- Use a pair of tweezers to carefully pull the cable up from the motherboard to disconnect it.

Step 5
- Use tweezers to disconnect the small yellow wire from the top of the e-paper screen.
- The wire is connected with a bit of glue, so it will come off with ease.

Motherboard
- Remove the three screws that hold the motherboard down using a Phillips #000 screwdriver.

- Remove the cable connecting the motherboard vibration motor, microphone, and light sensor.
- Remove the motherboard from the device.

Battery
- Use the small plastic iFixit opening tool from to lift the battery out of the device.

- Remove the battery from the watch.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

Worked great. Was able to fully remove the battery from my wife’s original dead Pebble Round. I did lose one of the tiny springs cause man those things are tiny and springy…
