What you need

  • Unclip the razor head.

  • Unclip the black cover, using a slim tool like an iSesamo or with some guitar picks. Insert the tool alongside the gap between the two pieces.

  • Remove the black back cover

  • Unclip the keypad from the bottom.
  • Unclip the 2 black hooks, in order to remove the upper cover.

  • Unclip 8 grey clips (4+4 right and left).
  • Remove the grey cover

  • Unclip the eight clear hooks from the hermetic waterproof cover (4+4 right and left).

  • Lift up the logic board.
  • You need to get batteries with the same specifications written on them, (I used 900 mAh batteries for a greater battery life)
  • Unsolder the two solder joints marked in blue, to remove the batteries
  • Optionally to get the job done easily you can desolder the solder joint circled in Red to separate the logic board from the motor

  • Optionally you can desolder the solder joints circled in Red to separate the logic board from the motor, by doing so you can work in a more comfortable way while replacing the batteries

  • I bought single battery and I soldered them in the same position as the previous pack.
  • You can also find the original batteries already soldered, and you would just need to solder them to the logic board.

Buonasera, le batterie cinesi originali (Suppo) hanno una tensione da 1,2 o 2,4 volts? Io devo sostituirle ad un Philips Bodygroom TT2040/32 e sono come quelle che vedo in fotografia. L’ unica differenza sta nel numero che segue la capacità, anzichè 1336 nelle mie c’ è scritto 1404. Grazie tante per la guida molto utile.

Salve,le consiglio di smontare prima le batterie e poi comprare uguali alle originali,io ho optato per una maggiore capacità mah. 1336 credo sia un codice produttore e non ha a che vedere con le caratteristiche della batteria che se non erro sono da 1.2v. Il mio rasoio è rinato è dura molto di più.

Le ho già sostituite due volte, il problema è che uguali non si trovano ed i commercianti vendono quello che hanno anche perchè non si capisce che tensione abbiano dato che non c’è scritto. Anch’ io ho montato quelle da 900mah, la prima volta da 1,2v mentre la seconda da 2,4v della Trade Shop Germany al modico prezzo di quasi 15,00 euro. Ho guardato nuovamente le sue foto e sembra che lei abbia messo quelle da 1,2v. A dire il vero non so cosa cambia a livello elettronico, però, visto che lei ha ottenuto buoni risultati, proverò a rimettere quelle da 1,2v sperando che durino almeno un anno.

Cmq grazie per l’ attenzione, buonasera.

Se lei ha messo 2 batterie da 2,4x (4.8) potrebbe aver bruciato il rasoio se non ha delle protezioni

Salve, credo di aver risolto. La misurazione delle originali, essendo vecchie e scariche, dà un valore di 0,75v. Un amico ha cercato informazioni in rete e su un sito tedesco ha letto che il depilatore monta un motorino da 5v. Questo spiegherebbe perchè con le pile da 1,2v non era cambiato niente: poca autonomia e soprattutto non ripartiva più se lo spegnevo, segno di scarsa spunta. Invece, con le Trade Shop da 2,4v l’ apparecchio andava benissimo e l’ autonomia era ottimale; l’ unico neo è che hanno avuto vita breve ma sappiamo benissimo che le batterie a volte durano più di quanto ci si aspetti ed altre volte ci deludono. Cmq, almeno adesso so che devo dargli un’ alimentazione di 5v, il resto è banale.

Vista la pazienza mostrata, saprebbe dirmi come realizzare in modo semplice delle lamelle per collegarle? Stavolta vorrei comprare delle semplici ricaricabili Duracell o Panasonic come fanno un pò tutti evitando così batterie a saldare di marche non affidabili o sconosciute. Grazie ancora, una buona serata.
