- Pop open the trimmer head by pushing against the blades.
- Slide off trimmer guard and open the hatch on the side.
- Remove the trimmer from the base.

- Remove spring first, and then pull off white plastic along with the first, moving blade.
- Use spudger to pry off second, stationary blade.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
