Blur softens the image at edges, color transitions, and shadows, removing noise and dust and averaging pixels. It may need to be applied multiple times to achieve the desired effect.
Blur works on 8 Bit, 16 Bit, 32 Bit, RGB, grayscale, CMYK, and Multichannel images, and Smart Objects.
