Fibers replaces the image with strands of fibers in the current foreground and background colors. Its parameters are variance and strength, with a button to randomize the result.
Fibers work on 8 Bit, 16 Bit, 32 Bit, RGB, grayscale, CMYK, and Multichannel images, and Smart Objects. These filters launch another window with options, and use the currently active foreground/background colors.
Fibers are part of Adobe Photoshop’s Extended Filters.
