Wave shifts the pixels in a defined wave pattern. Its parameters are:
- type (sine, triangle, or square)
- number of generators,
- wavelength (min and max)
- amplitude (min and max)
- scale (horizontal and vertical)
- what to do with the undefined areas (wrap around or repeat edge pixels).
Wave works on 8 Bit, 16 Bit, 32 Bit, RGB, grayscale, CMYK, and Multichannel images, and Smart Objects. This filter launches another window with options.
Wave is part of Adobe Photoshop’s Extended Filters.
