Your mouse is working on one device but not others.
Make sure your mouse is properly connected to the right port
You may need to replace the mouse cord or replace the mouse
Your mouse’s driver is out of date.

If your mouse is not moving smoothly, you should try -
- clean the bottom of your mouseClean the surface or mousepad or replace the mousepad

If your mouse is scrolling up and down the page too quickly or too slowly for your liking, it is most likely a setting error.
