  • Unscrew the padded seat from the chair frame. Remove the chair frame from chair seat. Remove the hinges from the padded seat and save for reassembly.

  • Remove the staples from the bottom seat to remove fabric and padding. We found that using a flat head screwdriver, and a tongue-groove pliers worked best to remove staples.

  • Measure the seat to fit fabric and padding to the seat.

  • Measure and cut the padding according to fit the seat measurements.

  • Measure and cut the vinyl fabric according to the seat measurements.

  • Inserts slits in the padding where the hinges will attach the seat to the chair frame.

  • With proper safety attire including gloves and safety goggles attach the padding to the seat with staple gun. Using a tongue-grove pliers gently hammer the staples all the way into the padded seat.

  • Attach the vinyl to the chair with a staple gun.

  • Insert the hinges into chair seat. Place the screw into the hinge, and then screw the chair frame to the chair seat. We found it helpful to have another person hold the chair frame while another person screwed the screws in.
