- Insert a standard paper clip into the holes on both sides of the watch that connect the watch’s face with the wrist strap.

- Apply an upward pressure to the holes until the locking pins release.
- Use precision tweezers to remove the pins that connect the face with the strap.

- Once the pins are released, the old wrist strap should snap off.
- Simply lock the new wrist strap into place.

I am trying to do the same on my Polar v800 and I cannot remove the locking pins, they seem to be “stuck”, any idea how to loosen them?

Polar won’t sell spare parts so where can I buy a replacement screen or a replacement front case for the M430?
