Step 1

              Remove 4 T10 safety screws on bottom
  • Warning: be very careful not to short or overheat the batteries as this can cause a fire.

Step 2

              Split casing in the back by locking clip

Step 3

              Remove battery bank and PCB from outer casing

Step 4

              Remove spot-welded 18650 batter contacts
  • DO NOT SHORT THE POSITIVE(SMALL SIDE) WITH OUTER CASING

Step 5

              Remove all batteries prying off glue gently

Step 6

              Spot weld I you have one),solder(can be risky causing short) or bend the pins back to have solid contact with battery
  • If solder you must score the ends of the batter so it stick better

Step 7

              Tape or glue batteries in place firmly

Step 8

              Place battery assembly back into case making sure to put locking clip back in

Step 9

              Screw case shut and test with charger

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
