Motor Brush
- Using the Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the 3/4" screw on the back cover.
- Unplug the grinder before disassembling.

- Holding the front of the device, carefully slide the back cover over the cord.

- Using the Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the 1/2" screw holding on the motor brush arm.

- Carefully pull the motor brush arm away from the other device.

- Using the spudger, carefully lift the spring on the motor brush arm off of the motor brush and gently pull it to the side of the motor bush arm.
- Be careful not to over bend the spring, as this could damage the spring and require replacement.

- Using the spudger, gently push the motor brush out of the arm.

- Using a pair of needle nose pliers, gently pull the motor brush terminal off of the motor brush arm.
- Repeat steps 3-7 on the other side of the device.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
