The device should be on but appears to be off. Pressing the Reverse (R) or Forward (F) triggers do nothing.
Verify that the drill is plugged in, there are times when the input is the cause of your drill not turning on. If you plug in the machine and it still does not work, try using a different wall socket in the building, or unplug and plug the cord back in.
Reset the circuit breaker. If the circuit breaker continues to trip with use of the drill, discontinue use and contact the manufacturer.
If the device is plugged in and not working, it could be cord is damaged. If there is visible damage to the cord, it should be replaced before continued use.
If the switch isn’t functioning or jammed, the switch should be replaced.
The device is plugged in and seems to be working, but the drill doesn’t drill or run in the proper direction.
When starting a project understand if you are trying to attach a bolt/screw or remove them. This is important because based on your project will determine which direction you need to go. Pushing the up or (F) labeled on the drill will be from drilling internally and the bottom or (R) is to reverse or remove the bolt/screw.
When the drill bits are not being held in the casing, the bit case needs to be replaced. In this instance, you will need to remove the gear case which is the part in front of the wrench, once the case is removed you will be able to access a part called an anvil. The Wrench is hot to the touch or potentially smoking
Using the wrench for a long period without brakes can cause wear and tear on your drill. You can use it for up to 8 hours but anything more will prevent you from being able to hold down the buttons for too long. If the machine begins to get hot to the touch or even possibly smoke, unplug and cool down for a minimum of 1- 2 hours.
Whenever the drill is not turning as fast as normally it is possible that the fan may have a bit of dust or even possibly jammed. You can reference the guide Fan Repair.
Using the drill makes a strange or worrisome rattling.

This will emit a rattling noise. You will need to open the back portion and reinsert the brushes. Check the device manual for instructions on how to reinsert brushes at Internal Brushes Repair
Pressing the two trigger options doesn’t do anything.
A free-flowing object inside the device may be stuck, preventing the trigger from motioning in either direction. We provide more information inside our repair guide Trigger Repair.
