There is no connection between the remote and drone.

First, try to turn on the remote. The light on top should start blinking red and should make a beeping noise. If the light does not appear try switching out the batteries.

The next thing to check are the two antenna on top of the remote. Make sure they are in the upright position and properly rotated. Have the antenna facing the drone during take off as well as flight.

Check the drone battery to make sure the device is charged. If it is not then there is now way that there will be a connection between the remote and drone. After the battery has completed its charging make sure that it is fully inserted into the back of the drone. When the drone is turned on, you should see a combination of red and green flashing lights. This will indicate that the drone is charged and ready for use

The drone isn’t going straight.

So it seems that your drone wont fly straight. This could be caused by the weight of the drone being uneven. The first thing to make sure of, is that all of the blade guards are attached. Missing one of them would be the most logical problem for it flying sideways. The next thing to look at is the connectivity between the drone and the Wi-Fi signal to make sure there is adequate signal strength for the drone to connect to.

The little blue guards fell off.

This is the simple problem to fix. The blade guard more than likely came off due to a crash or collision with something during flight. When reattaching the guards you should take care to find both of the clips and firmly press the guard into place. You will hear 2 clicks and these clicks will let you know that the guard is fully attached and ready for use.

The drone does not respond while flying.

If the device is unresponsive first check if the battery is fully charged and properly connected. If the battery is inserted correctly then the next step would be to check the WI-FI signal.

If you are having a weak signal you might be to far away from the drone. Try moving closer to the drone and see if the signal strength increases. If that does not work restart the drone and try again. After trying those two steps the final option is to turn the connection off and back to see if the issue resolves itself.

The drone stays on all the time.

If the drone is staying on all the time the first thing you want to check is that the battery is fully removed form the drone. If the drone blades start to spin before the remote has been switched into the one position then will need to check the connection that is made between the battery and the prongs inside of the battery slot itself.

If the batteries in the controller are missing or not installed properly, the controller will not receive power.

To install batteries into controller

Remove controller battery compartment cover by sliding it down. Remove the batteries from the compartment. Then insert four (4) ‘AA’ batteries in the correct orientation. Finally, install the controller battery compartment cover.

Make sure the battery pack is plugged into the drone correctly and the battery pack is fully charged using the power cord provided.

Antenna placement is critical for signal strength. A straight placement of the antenna without objects in the path is important for good signal strength.
