The device will not respond or show any signs of powering up.
Push the AC power cable into the power cable holder, then push the female end of the power cable into the back of the ventilator and the male end into the power outlet. If it is charging the AC power light in the top left corner of the ventilator illuminates. If it does not illuminate the power cable is faulty.
Charge the internal battery by connecting the device to AC power (see if the device is not plugged in). The “internal battery” indicator will flash while charging and then will turn off when the battery is fully charged.If the battery does not charge, see [invalid guide link]
Obstruction or Abnormal Damage of Exhalation Block
- Check the exhalation valve restart vent. The exhalation valve is on the lower right-hand side on the front of the ventilator, above the proximal tubing.If the exhalation block needs to be cleaned or replaced, contact qualified personnel.
The device is giving alarms for conditions not happening.

There is no battery in the device, so when it is unplugged it does not function.

The proximal pressure line is disconnected or obstructive.
Check pressure line for obstruction
Contact a qualified technician to replace the tube

The longevity of the ventilator is compromised.
If the ventilator is being operated in an outdoor facility check air inlet filter weekly.If the ventilator is being operated indoors, check the air inlet filter monthly.If the ventilator is attached to a wheelchair, check the air inlet filter more than the recommended amount.Note: When checking the air inlet filter, you should see visible dust or dirt in the filter. When this occurs, replace the air inlet filter.
