Dirt or water may have loosened band or damaged from sports activity.
Ensure that you have a new strap wristband at the present getting ready to be replaced, along with the tools.
- Pull band at base of watchClasp is removed, clean metal on bandPut new strap on (might take considerable force)

Buy a new band and replace the current one
Battery may need to be adjusted or cleaned. If neither work, battery may need to be replaced.
The battery may not be in the right position or installed incorrectly which may give a bad connection. Make sure the batteries are in the right position within the socket.
- Open up the back of the battery by unfastening the four screws located on the back of the watchThe battery is silver and about the size of a dime. Make sure that this is in the right placeTwist in the four screws to resecure the back cover of the watch
Dirt tends to get in the watch from physical activity which may interfere with the battery.
- Open up the back of the battery. Do this by unscrewing the four screws on the backThe battery is silver and about the size of a dimeUse pressurized air to gently clean around the battery. Take out the battery and clean the inside wellTwist in the four screws to resecure the back cover of the watch
The watch will stop telling time when the battery is weak.
- Unscrew all 4 screws from the back of the watchRemove the back coverLocate the battery (CR2016), Replace the old battery with the new one
MAKE SURE TO PLACE THE BATTERY FACING UP WITH THE CORRECT (+ OR -)
- Twist in the four screws to resecure the back cover of the watch
Safely handle and discard the damaged battery.

Second hand skipping multiple seconds at a time. It may appear as though the second hand is broken due to the erratic movements. The skipping may be due to a low battery or the motor. Preemptive measures dictate you need to replace the battery.

The analog arrows are displaying the wrong current time of the day.
Pull back on the the crown (the twisty part on the right of the watch), the second hand will stopFreely turn the crown and adjust the arrow to the correct timePush back the crown

If the analog arrow still refuses to move, it’s possible the crown of the watch is broken or had a malfunction inside. It is recommended to have an expert review the watch.
