- If the problematic key is still attached, place the edge of the medium blue pry tool under the key. Then gently pry up until key is detached.

- Some larger keys may also be held in by two small metal hooks. To separate them gently slide the key left to separate right hook, then to the right to separate the left hook. Be careful not to break the mounting holes on the key itself.
