The keys on my keyboard are not responding.
Check that the keyboard is plugged into your computer. If the keyboard isn’t then please plug into your computer.
Please check that your computer is running the proper driver for the Razer Blackwidow tournament edition chroma. If you don’t know, or know you don’t have the proper driver please visit the Razer Synapse 3 Driver webpage to download the proper driver.
While typing I have noticed a that the keys start to move slower or will stick at times.
This is due to a build up of dust and other debris underneath the keys. This can be taken care of by regularly cleaning of the keyboard. To learn how to properly remove the keys to clean it please refer to the first part of our guide to replacing the metal bars.
This is due to dust being trapped, or a mechanical part breaking causing a key to be stuck. Remove the key covers to further analyze the problem. Please refer to our metal bars replacement guide for further help.
I have noticed that the LED lights inside the keyboard are not turning on.
Connect your keyboard to the computer, if the LEDs still don’t turn on then there might be a mechanical issue. If this is the case please see our replacement guide for further help.
When I plug my keyboard into my laptop it doesn’t connect
Try plugging the cable into another compatible device. If your device work with the other device then it is due to your computer’s USB port. But, if the other device does not connect then please replace the USB cable.

While I type, the keyboard is not stable.
If any of the rubber feet are missing or damaged beyond repair, refer to the Razer Blackwidow Tournament Edition Chroma Rubber Feet Replacement.
If any of the rubber feet are overly worn, then consider replacing them or using a mat to provide some grip.
