Some or all keys on the keyboard no longer respond.

There is often foreign matter accumulated by daily use underneath the keycaps. The best solution is to apply canned air between the keys, but simply flipping the keyboard over and giving it a good shake sometimes works too.

Replacement switches can be found online and are easily swapped in by following this guide.

If nothing else works, the mainboard can be replaced by following this guide.

The LEDs under the keycaps are dim or stop lighting up entirely.

Ensure that Razer Synapse exists on your computer. If not, you can download the Synapse installer from the Razer website.

If individual LEDs stop working, they may have failed. Since the LEDs are built into the switches, replacing switches is the best option.

The keyboard doesn’t seem to accept input, nor do any LEDs light up.

On Windows, open Device Manager through the start menu. If it tells you there’s an unknown device, try updating your computer. Windows should automatically find the drivers for your keyboard.

Since the cable is just an average data-carrying USB type C, most stores carry suitable replacements.

If the port is loose, check that there’s not something jammed in there that shouldn’t be. The board this port sits on can be replaced with this guide.

If the mainboard doesn’t work, it can be replaced by following this guide.

Keycaps are either cosmetically or physically damaged.

If the lettering seems to be rubbing off, there are generic stickers available online to act as a replacement. Another option is to replace the keycaps, which can be done by following this guide.

When the keycaps are physically damaged, it’s best to replace them.

It’s hard to keep the keyboard in one place; any force can move it.

If the legs fall off, the small plastic pieces holding it onto the keyboard may have broken off. The solution is to buy new legs and replace them using this guide.

If the rubber pads keep falling off, the adhesive may have worn down. Replacement pads can be found online and replaced using this guide.
