- Grab the ear cushion between your thumb and forefinger.
- Avoid snapping/tearing the ear cushion off the speaker.

- Pull the ear cushion away from the speaker, and slide it down to release the cushion from the plastic covering.

- Continue sliding downwards around all edges of the ear cushion until the cushion is fully removed off the speaker.
