              Remove Facial Interface               

• Pull out the facial interface (black plastic) from the Quest 2

              Top Strap               

• Undo the velcro strap from the original head strap and carefully pull it through the hole to remove it. Be careful not to scratch the lenses.

              Side Straps               

• Gently apply pressure to the hard plastic part at the side of the strap near the speaker. You will need to be firm here but careful not to bend the speaker itself.

To reinstall the strap or install the elite stap, follow this guide in reverse.

what direction do i put it back in

i cant figure is out and now i cant use my headset >:(
