Introduction

The main reason is the bad design. The camera is fixed with too few screws.

Step 1

              Dissembled the camera
  • Remove the 5 small screws on the bottom panel.
  • You have to open the battery cover at first, then lift off the bottom panel from the narrow end on the battery panel side.
  • Remove the 2 screws on each side, total 4.
  • Gently separate the back panel and body. You do not need the separate the back panels completely.

Step 2

Release and reinsert the FPC connecter
  • There will be two FPC cables.
  • One is wide in yellow color, which is screen cable. One is narrow in blue color, which is connected to control switch panel.
  • You can only release the blue one. Unlike the screen cable, the control switch panel connecter is so loose connected without any lock. So, the reason of this issue is loosen in the daily use.
  • Before you reinsert the cable, I recommended you clean the golden finger (actually black color).
