  • Here is the controller to troubleshoot.
  • The controller is made of 2 large plastic parts. To detach them, press the lever as shown in the photo. A gap should form, allowing you to insert an item (like the iFixit Opening Picks).

  • Open the controller, taking care not to detach the R2 and L2 triggers. Otherwise, be careful not to lose the springs of these triggers.
  • Déconnecter la batterie en tirant légèrement sur le connecteur blanc relié à la face avant de la manette.

  • Identify connectors in poor condition and clean them with alcohol.

  • The key pads can then be removed and replaced with new ones.
  • All that remains is to put everything back together.
