Because I can’t switch-off the tablet, I’m using the reset button to do this.
Now, remove the back cover.
If you have a memory card inside, don’t forget to remove it!

s’il vous plait vous pouvez m’aider j’ai un problème avec mon Acer B1. problème de démarrage qu’on j’allume il y’a juste Acer qui s’affiche j’ai essayer d’aller en mode recovery (SD IMAGE UPDATE MODE) mais une fois que je clique dessus ça se bloque s’il vous plait besoin de votre aide

If you have a memory card inside, remove it. If you have same problem again, you have a problem with Android OS or a hardware problem.

Thanks for the info. I fixed my tablet before by using the steps. But, I had the same problem again. I tried to fix it again but it’s not wrking. So how to fix the problem with Android OS or hardware problem? Cheers.
