Opening the Device
- Flip device upside down and remove the 4 foam pads at each corner.

- Remove the 4 screws using a Philips Screwdriver.

- Gently lift the case off of the body and set down in a safe place.

- Unscrew Circuit board attached to the top of the case with the one screw in the center. Be careful not to strip the screw/break the circuit board.

- Make sure all of the buttons are move-able.

- Press buttons on circuit board while listening for a click.

- If everything works on the inside, that might mean you need a new circuit board.
