What you need

Step 1

              Remove the old battery
  • Open the battery compartment, check bObsweep Robotic Vacuum Battery Replacement
  • Extract the battery

Step 2

              Dissassemble the old battery pack
  • Remove the plastic case
  • Carefully peel the plastic cover to expose the cells
  • Draw a diagram of the wiring and then cut the individual cells appart

              Rebuild the battery pack
  • Use similar 18650 for rebuilding the pack. Be sure that they are charged at the same level too
  • You can use a normal soldering iron for attaching the nickel strips but it is recommended to use a spot welder. There is a cheap korean option https://m.blog.naver.com/aulakiria/22099…

              Shrink wrap it
  • Use the heat shrink wrapping to seal your new battery
