Introduction

Update 2021: unfortunately, the coffee spout is no longer available. The only thing you can do is removing and cleaning it.:connect a thin silicone hose to a large syringe and the nozzle on the coffee spout. Then rinse extensively with a solution of machine cleaner.

  • Remove the plastic plate with the ‘Nivona’ label carefully with a plastic opening tool.

  • Behind it, you’ll find a chrome bezel. It is mounted at the marked spots.
  • Push the mounting points with a plastic opening tool to the side and remove the bezel carefully.

  • Remove the LEDs of the cup lighting from their holding clips and bend them aside.
  • Leverage the holder of the lighting element off and remove it.

  • Now it is possible to remove the keypad with the display, it is only held by clips. Remove it carefully by hand.
  • The keypad is connected by a large wire harness to the machine. The wire harness won’t be removed, the keypad will only be pushed out of the way.

  • Now the spout is easily accessible. It is only fixed in place by clips and can be removed via a flat screwdriver or spatula.
  • The spout is now only connected to the coffee hose made of silicone.

  • Pull the silicone hose off the coffee spout.
  • The coffee spout is disconnected.
