Introduction

The NP1 is a diamond stylus needle. The diamond needle is good for about 1,000 hours of playtime. The cartridge is made of durable ABS plastic. The NP1 Stylus needle plays 33 1/3, 45, and 78 RPM records.

What you need

  • With steady hands, gently tug the needle from its cartridge pulling downwards.
  • There will be a slight resistance.

Step 2

  • Secure the new needle by gently snapping it upwards an inwards until it clicks into place.
  • Be careful not to touch the stylus tip when handling the tone arm. This is what plays your records.
