What you need

• Pry in between the screen and the back cover. All electronic components are on the back of the screen.

• Disconnect the fingerprint reader.

• Remove the battery, lower PCB and screen connector bracket. Use a Philips #0 screwdriver.

• Connect and test the new screen before assembling it.

Step 7

• Apply heat on the top and bottom of the screen until it can be removed with the prying tools. Remove as much adhesive as possible and assemble the new screen.

Follow these instructions in reverse order to reassemble your device.
