Brush Assembly
- Move to the front side of the sander.
- Remove the brush cap with a standard screw driver.

- With the brush cap off, the brush should spring out .
- With the brush hanging out, gently pull it out.

Step 3
- For the other brush turn to the back side of the belt sander and repeat steps one and two.
For the other brush turn to the back side of the belt sander and repeat steps one and two.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
