Step 1

              Timing Belt               
  • Orientate the sander so that the timing belt housing is facing you.
  • Remove the 19mm T20 screw from the center of the timing belt housing.

  • Remove the timing belt housing.

Remove the timing belt housing.

Step 3

  • Use your finger or a screwdriver to apply pressure on the belt away from the sander near one of the small wheels.
  • Rotate the large wheel while applying pressure until the timing belt is free from the wheels.

Rotate the large wheel while applying pressure until the timing belt is free from the wheels.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
