This troubleshooting page will help you diagnose and fix problems with Rocketfish Bluetooth Indoor/Outdoor Speaker model RF-WSP313.

If your PC does not recognize the speaker, first make sure that the device’s bluetooth is turned on.
If you are unable to pair the speaker with your device, first make sure that the audio cable has been removed from the auxiliary jack on the back of the speaker.
If the connection fails when you are trying to connect the speaker and a bluetooth device for the first time, turn off the device, then turn it back on to clear the device name. Then try connecting the speaker to your device again.
If your computer’s bluetooth is turned on and you continue experiencing issues in pairing the speaker to your PC, try upgrading your computer’s bluetooth driver.
If your Android cell phone does not recognize the speaker, first check to make sure that your phone’s bluetooth is turned on.
If your phone’s bluetooth is turned on and you are unable to connect your phone with the speaker, make sure that your speaker has not been paired with another device nearby. If that is the case, unpair the speaker from the other device and restart your telephone.
The speaker plays music for a period of time and then stops unexpectedly.
If you are not using a bluetooth connection, make sure that the audio cable is plugged all of the way into the auxiliary jack.
If the audio cable is plugged all the way into the auxiliary jack and the speaker stops playing, the cable itself may be broken. If this is the case, you can solve this problem by replacing the audio cable.
If the audio cable is plugged in all the way into the auxiliary jack, you may have a broken auxiliary jack and will need to replace it using this guide.
If you are playing your speaker through a bluetooth connection, check to make sure that it is still connected to the bluetooth device. If not, reconnect it.
The speaker will not charge.
If you plug the charger into the device and the light on the charger does not light up, you may have a broken charger. Replace your charger with a new one and see if this corrects the issue.
If you plug the charger into the device and the light on the charger lights up but the battery will not charge, it is time to replace your battery with a new one using this guide.
The speaker volume is too low.
Ensure the volume is turned up by pressing the + key on the device until the volume no longer increases.
If the volume is turned up all the way and the output is still too low for your liking, replace the speaker component with a different speaker using this guide. Alternatively, you may replace the audio amplifier to one of a better quality using this guide.
The battery life is too short.
Make sure the battery is charged all the way before using. To charge the device, plug the charger into the DC in jack on the back of the device and charge.
