What you need

              Iron Filaments               
  • Place the keyboard on its base and identify the loose key.
  • Loose keys will typically sag as shown in the photo.

Step 2

  • Flip over the piano and take out the screws on the black strip with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

  • Flip the keyboard back on its base and raise the top of the keyboard to see the loose key.

Step 4

  • Pick up the loose key and place it aside.
  • Pull out the iron filament below the key as well. It may be helpful to use tweezers to get it out if it is stuck.

  • Once you have the iron filament in hand place it on the open slot in the keyboard.
  • Place the white key that you placed aside on top of it and press down until you feel it lock in place.
  • Repeat steps 4-5 to fix any other keys that are loose.

To reassemble your device, follow these directions in reverse and re insert all screws.
