Bearing Cap Assembly
- Using a TR20 Torx security screwdriver, remove the four 6mm screws.
- Make sure to hold the backing pad firmly to prevent spinning.

- After removing the backing pad, carefully pull on the rubber brake to remove it from the housing assembly.

- Using a TR 20 Torx security screwdriver, remove the single 3mm screw in the center of the bearing cap assembly.
- Make sure to use pliers or another tool to prevent the fan from spinning, and use a torque wrench or torque screwdriver as the screw is secured with Loctite (a compound to prevent it from loosening).

- Remove the bearing cap.
- You may keep the spring washer and washer for reuse if they are not worn/damaged.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. Make sure to tighten down properly to avoid loose or traction pad issues.
