- Lay laptop flat and open it so that the keyboard is facing you.
- Using the plastic opening tool, push the thin tip underneath the key.

- Pry the key off of the keyboard by lifting the opening tool while pivoting the tool upwards.
- Keep lifting until the key is removed. Repeat as needed for other keys.
- Be gentle when removing the keys. Keys may break if not gently lifted out.
