- To begin, turn the device over so that the bottom is facing up. There are 9 black clips that attach the plastic body to the case. Remove these clips from the case.

- Use a Phillips #2 screwdriver to remove the screw that attaches the top cover to the rear of the device. This will allow you to remove the cover.
- This is how your device will look after you remove the top.

I had trouble putting the vent side back in, it didn’t fit correcly. If it wasn’t late I would of done a proper disassemble. Plus it’s not a full one where it shows taking off the side panels and the front panel to access the touch screen.
if you are having issues with the model shutting off and on, you don’t have to remove the front panel you can get access to the gray plug after you take off all the top and side panels.
brown plug not gray. In Step 3 picture once you reach there just unplug the white wire at the front of the player than you can easily unplug the brown plug to disable the touch buttons. Than just reconnect the white wire and reassemble.
