              Back Cover Removal               
  • Unplug the device from the charging dock if it is connected. Power off the device. Then using your fingernails, pop off the back cover of the device.

              Battery Removal               
  • Remove the battery from the casing.

              Main Body Removal               
  • Remove the screws using a Philips #00 screwdriver .
  • Remember to keep your screws organized!

  • Using a metal spudger, pry the mid frame out.
  • Do not use a wrenching motion or the screen will crack.

  • Use a spudger or your fingernails to disconnect the screen connector.
  • Use a spudger or your fingernails to disconnect the connector cable.

  • Remove the motherboard.
  • It should come off easily, if not, some screws might still be connected.
