  • Place small suction cup on the center of screen and press firmly.
  • Hold the back of the phone and pull on the suction cup gently until the screen begins to bend.

  • Insert the small metal spudger into an opening on the phone and pry off the screen.
  • Be careful not to tear any exposed circuits as the screen is being removed.
  • Make sure the screen is completely detached from the motherboard before removing it.

yeah, i tried it. It ended up just cracking the screen a lot. It also never worked for me.

I don’t have a handle for the suction. But I don’t have a metal spudger set either, is there anything else that I can use in place of the metal spudger?

Where can I buy the replacement screen? It’s not for sale in the iFixit shop…
