• Using the nylon spudger or plastic opening tool along the edges of the screen, separate the back case off of the device.
• If possible, consider using the black nylon spudger for a gentler separation.

Wrong way to open the case. Like this you destroy the welded points that keep the back and the bezel together!…

The whole part (back cover and bezel) has to come off from the screen using an opening tool or a la mediator between the glass and the bezel.
