The device won’t power on or show any signal that it’s on

If the phone won’t charge, check the phone cable that came with the phone. Over time phone charging cable tend to break apart. Or the charging block hardware tends also break due to overuse. In that case, it’s time to buy a replacement cable and charging block that’s compatible with this device.

Ensure the battery is flushed all the way into the battery housing of the phone. Once the battery is flushed into the housing press and hold down the power button. If the device screen turns on you’re in business. If the device screen doesn’t turn on, go ahead and plug in the device charging cable into the device. And then hold down the power button, if the screen doesn’t turn on then it’s time to buy a replacement battery.

What causes a faulty motherboard can be anything, but if the device won’t turn on when a full charge battery is installed or the charging cord is plugged in then the motherboard is shoot. The On5 usually a simple device to break down and repair. Go ahead and buy a replacement motherboard. And it depends which phone carrier you, you might have to search for an unlocked motherboard like this one.

The On5 charges using a micro charger, but can break easy

Or you didn’t realize that the volume was turned off. If so go into your phone setting and adjust the phone volume setting to the desired setting.

If your phone got in contact with some type of liquid and it’s still working, but the speaker isn’t working. Go ahead and turn off the device and try placing the device in a container of dry rice overnight. After that turn on the device and see the speakers work, if not its time to replace the speakers within the device.

Speakers don’t always last a long time after leaving the manufacturing line. If that’s the case that the speakers stop working due to nothing above then replace speaker within the device.

Displays on a cell phone are the most import part of the device if that goes down can’t use that cellphone

If your device tends to not respond to finger touches then go ahead and restart your device. The best way in this situation is to hold down the power button until the screen turns black. And then turn on the device and see if the device screen is responsive. If not then replace the device screen.
