“Phone does not charge or drains quickly”
Some times this issue has nothing to do with the actual device. Try a different charging cable and a different outlet to ensure that the issue is the phone itself and not the cable or outlet being used.
This could be the result of manufacturing defects or damages of various types.
Regardless of the cause of the issue, you will need to replace the battery. Follow steps in following guide up to battery removal.

Sometimes caused by rough use over time, this issue can also simply be the result of a manufacturing defect. The charging port needs to be replaced.
Over time dirt and dust can build up within the charge port itself. This prevents the charger from fully connecting to the phone which results in a weak charge or no charge at all. This can be fixed by cleaning the charge port.
“Can not access memory stored on memory card”
Sometimes the external memory slot located on the left side of the phone, below the volume buttons can get dust or other particles inside of it. To fix this issue you will need to clean the memory slot.
Usually the result of a hardware defect. You will need to replace the external memory slot.
“Audio quality of calls is poor”
The speaker has likely been damaged or is defective, it will need to be replaced, to replace the speaker follow this guide.

Sometimes this issue is software related and can be fixed by restarting the phone.
“Head phone audio is Poor or muffled”
Over time the audio port can become damaged from rough use or falls. In most cases the audio port needs to be replaced. You can do that by following this guide.
Over time dust particles can become trapped inside of the audio port and prevent the audio jack from properly connecting to the phone. This results in poor audio quality. This issue can be fixed by cleaning the audio port.
“People complain that they cant hear you or that you sound like you are a robot”
Sometimes the microphone can be damaged from drops, manufacturing defects or various other reasons. In all cases, the microphone must be replaced.
“The screen is cracked, shattered or is unresponsive "
Sometimes we drop our phones, and sometimes when we drop our phones the screen breaks. When the screen breaks, cracks, or is damaged in any other way, the best course of action is to replace the screen by following this guide.

This can result from having too many apps open at a time, taxing the phones resources and slowing the phone to a halt. To fix this you need to turn off any unused or particularly resource expensive apps or by clearing the cache.
Another potential cause for an unresponsive screen, is screen damage, in which case the screen needs to be replaced using this guide.
“Picture quality is poor or the camera does not work”
If the phone has been running for a long time and the camera is unresponsive a simple reboot of the phone may correct the issue.
If the lens is cracked or damaged, the camera will need to be replaced. You can follow this guide to replace your screen.

If you installed any apps that use the camera then they may be preventing normal camera functionality. To fix this issue you may need to delete any apps that use the camera.
To delete apps, go to storage, locate the apps you want to delete and click delete.
