  • Remove the back plate to expose the battery.

  • Use a Phillips head screwdriver size 00.
  • Remove the 4mm screws from the frame.
  • The eight screws are all the same size.

  • Remove the frame from the phone by prying it off with the blue plastic opening tool.
  • Work around the phone with the tool until the frame is off.
  • You may need to use a bit of force to pry off the frame.

  • The volume rocker is held into the frame by two small prongs.
  • Carefully unhook the prongs from the frame and remove the volume rocker.
