  • Heat up each side for about two minutes.

  • Once the adhesive has melted, stick in a pry tool and try to remove as much adhesive as possible, then use a suction cup to pry up on the back glass.
  • Carefully apply the new adhesive onto the phone.

  • Carefully place the new back glass onto the newly installed adhesive.
