- Using a nylon spudger or flat plastic opening tool, pry open the back of the device.
- It is easy to begin this process by starting at the micro SD card insert, as shown in the pictures.

- Using a phillips head screwdriver, remove the two 4mm screws holding down each speaker.

Step 3
- Locate the flex cable attaching each speaker to the motherboard.
- Carefully use a nylon spudger to lift the cable and detach it from the motherboard.
- Lift the speaker out of the device.
- If the speaker does not come out easily, use a flat tool under the flex cable to slightly lift the speaker out of place before removing it with your hands.
- Be careful when working with flex cables. Excessive force and sharp tools have the potential to damage these components.

Lift the speaker out of the device.
