  • If you forgot your password, pattern drill, first you can try to sign in on your device by entering your Google account.
  • You must be in range of a network that already used.
  • The last step is factory reset.
  • This will erase all your private information.

  • Switch off the tablet.
  • Press and hold the Home, Volume Up and Power On buttons.
  • When you see the Galaxy logo, release the power On button

  • Now you are in the Android System Recovery menu.
  • Use Volume Up/Down keys for navigation and Power On for selection.
  • Select one by one:
  • wipe data/factory reset
  • Yes – erase all user data
  • reset system now
  • Did you do it successfully?

I have a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 10 inch, when I turn it on I can’t get past the samsung start up screen. I’ve tried the hard reset home power and vol up buttons but all I get is the samsung logo, any Ideas it was working earlier?
