No matter what audio application, the sound will not work through the built-in speakers. Even with the volume turned on to maximum level!
Try refreshing your device by holding the power button for 5 to 7 seconds to power off, wait 1 minute, and power on the device.
Check sound in the headphone port.
If it does work with the headphones, then the device could be thinking that the headphones are still plugged in, even though they are not.
If still no sound, then attempt Hard Reset, also known as Factory Reset.
WARNING: This form of reset will erase all data and preferences from your device’s internal storage including, music and documents, system and apps data and settings, and user data. So make sure to back up anything you want to save.

Option 2 Power off the deviceHold the Up Volume buttonThen, while still pressing the Up Volume button, press the Power button for 10 to 15 secondsUse the Volume buttons to navigate up and down the menus to the option WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESETChoose the option by using the Power button
It is possible that the speakers could have physical damage.

If nothing else works, there might be a problem with the hardware.
Volume is turned up to maximum and is not muted. Tested sound on various applications and headphones, and no sound is coming from any of them, but sound is coming through speakers
There may be a problem with your device’s software. First complete a soft reset, and if still no sound, then a hard reset.
A soft reset is forcing the device to shut down. Simply hold the power button for 5 to 7 seconds to power off, wait 1 minute, and power on the device.

Because the port is loose, the device may not think the there is a headphone plugged in. you can either tighten or [invalid guide link] the port.

The battery can no longer hold a charge. Capable of being turned on only when plugged in with charger, but when the charger is unplugged, the device will immediately power off.
The battery is no longer usable and will have to be replaced.
Use the Camera shortcut, the app starts, but see nothing for the camera image.
There can be a problem with the camera’s software. You can reset the settings for the camera application by clearing the cache and data.
If it doesn’t work, try and soft reset and test. If it still doesn’t work try a Hard reset

There may be some physical connection problems with the camera.
When charger cord is plugged in, the device is not charging.
Make sure that the cord is plugged into a wall socket that has power going to it.
Note: The device will not charge when connected to a computer USB port because the voltage from the port is too weak.
Sometimes, through wear-and-tear, there may be a tear in the cord’s protective covering. This may be shorting the electric current traveling through the cord and not providing enough electricity. The cord can either be spliced or replaced.
The connector for the charger may be broken.
The part where the connector for the charger connects with the device may be broken or dusty.
If it is dusty, use an can of air to clean it out.
