              Screen
  • Apply heat around the screen to loosen the glue holding in the screen. A heat gun would be preferable as it needs to get relatively warm.

Step 2

  • Attach the small suction cup near the edge of the screen.
  • Pry in between the screen and the frame with a plastic spudger.
  • Pull up with the suction cup while prying and the screen should begin gently disconnecting.
  • Use the spudger on all edges of the tablet between the screen and the frame.
  • The screen should release.

  • Disconnect the thick cable from the motherboard
  • Disconnect the golden cable from the motherboard
